Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Asa warehouse administrative assistant, you will be responsible to provideclerical and administration support for warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide administrative assistance to the warehouse such as producing letters, memos, reports, spread sheets, filing and general administration of the retail store assigned. • Checking and ensuring delivery order details are correct. • Posting purchase orders into company NAV system • Scanning and checking third party delivery checklist • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Good communication skills • Able to multi-task • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. • Able to work on shift hours, weekends and public holiday. • Attention to details and good organizations skill. • Well versed with Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.). • Able to work independently and be a good team-player. Work Schedule: • The warehouse storekeeper is required to perform the following working shift from Monday to Sunday: • Normal Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm • 6 off days per month • 5-6-5-6 work arrangement (i.e. work 5 days this week, 6 days next week,5 days the following week, so on and so forth) • There will be off in lieu if one works on public holidays. Salary and Allowances: • Basic salary for full-time: $2200 • Attendance Allowance forfull-time (After Confirmation): $60 • Probation Period: 3 months • Annual Leave if worked for a completecalendar year: 10 days (Job Grade G1)
