Accounts Payable/Receivable Executive (Pre-School)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Accounts Receivables • Generateand send sales invoices monthly • Processcollections in accounting system promptly • Trackoverdue accounts and manage arrears effectively • Managethe customers’ accounts to ensure invoices are correctly billed and promptlypaid • Conductmonthly reconciliation to ensure that the subsidy granted by ECDA is in order • Providesupport to centres on finance-related and subsidy audit matters Accounts Payable • Verify Vendor’s Invoices & Staff Claims are in order before processing payment • ConductCost Control for Purchases & Events • UpdatePayment records in accounting system • PrepareQuarterly GST reports in compliance with regulations • Co-ordinateYear-end closing of accounts REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field • Two years finance/accounting experience will have added advantage. • Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures. • Able to converse in mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking vendors/employees 🎁PERKS: 🪙Discretionary Bonus 🪙Health Insurance 🪙School holidays on top of Annual leave (E.g.
