Reporting to the Security Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Responsibilities • Assists in protection of guest, their personal property and the hotel premises. • Assumes full responsibilities of security duties for each shift. • Supervise staff in their duties and discipline. • Monitors the progress of staff performance. • Counsel staff. • Assists in the training of all new and existing Security Officers. • Assists the Director of Security & Risk Management or his/her designate pertaining to the staff job progress for their evaluations. • Maintains good relationship with organizers, outside contractors, house guests, guests patronizing outlets, and colleagues. • Be fully aware of all important events and developments in the hotel and brief the subordinates prior to each shift. • Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the management. Requirements • Minimum GCE 'O' level with minimum 1 year of hotel experience in similar capacity. • Team player with an eye for details. • Possession of relevant security license.
