CNC Programmer

Job Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in CNC programming, precision machining, manufacturing, or a related industry. • Relevant experience in the Aerospace and/or Precision Engineering industry is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge and practical experience in CNC machining and programming . • Proficient in Mastercam . • Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD/CAM software . • Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and GD&T. • Good understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, tooling selection, cutting parameters, and CNC machine operations. • Experience in developing and optimizing CNC programs for complex and precision components. • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to producing high-quality work. • Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
