Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. • Analyse business processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend suitable IT solutions. • Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery. • Facilitate requirement workshops, manage stakeholder communications, and obtain business sign-offs. • Review functional designs and support system integration activities. • Prepare and coordinate UAT, support users during testing, and work with developers/vendors to resolve defects. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business analysis, system analysis, software implementation, or application support. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Good understanding of IT applications, including SQL, system integration, SDLC, and IT project delivery. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of IT service request management and software development methodologies. • Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines. • Experience in higher education, government, or enterprise environments is an advantage. • Project management experience is a plus.
