Cash Reconciliation & Operations Assistant

Work location is at Tai Seng This is an operational role focused on day-to-day cash handling, reconciliation, and basic Excel reporting. You will cross-check financial transactions (Maker/Checker process) and track fund flows across shift operations. Responsibilities • Cash Operations & Onboarding: Complete 2 weeks of hands-on cashiering training to understand physical and digital money flows. • Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform daily cash reconciliation and generate operational reports using Microsoft Excel (applying pre-set formulas and data entry). • Verification (Maker/Checker): Cross-check transaction reports prepared by peers to ensure numerical accuracy and compliance. • Fund Tracking: Monitor and verify where funds originate and transition throughout the daily operational cycle. Requirements • Education: Minimum ITE Certificate (Singapore/PR) or SPM (Malaysian). • Technical & Numeracy Skills: • Computer literate with basic Microsoft Excel capabilities (copy/pasting formulas, basic reporting). • Strong numerical affinity (Minimum Grade C in Mathematics ). • Basic English proficiency for system navigation and workplace communication. • Work Schedule: 5-day work week on a 12-hour day shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM), including weekends and Public Holidays (100% Onsite).
