📦 LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSISTANT | 3PL / WAREHOUSE Looking for your next opportunity in the logistics & supply chain industry ? Join an established logistics environment where you’ll support day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate closely with operations teams, drivers, and vendors. 📍 Location: Jurong East 💰 Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,600/month 🗓 Working Days: Monday – Friday ⏰ Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM ✨ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Support daily warehouse and logistics administrative operations • Perform accurate data entry and order processing • Prepare and coordinate shipping documents, delivery orders and goods receipts • Maintain and update inventory records and tracking systems • Coordinate with operations teams, drivers and external vendors for inbound & outbound activities • Update operational status reports and documentation • Ensure logistics records are properly maintained and organised • Provide general administrative and ad-hoc logistics support when required 🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Prior experience in 3PL / third-party logistics is preferred • Experience in logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain operations is advantageous • Comfortable handling shipping and inventory documentation • Good coordination and communication skills • Detail-oriented with good administrative and data-entry accuracy • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment 📩 Interested?
