Site Supervisor (Fresh Entry)

• $3,000 - $5,000+ AWS & Bonus • A reputable GradeA1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors. • 6 days ( Unofficial dismissal after 3pm on Sat , potentially 5.5 days) • Attractive welfare benefits • Opportunities for career improvement and skill development Responsibilities • Assist the Project Team with day-to-day site matters for assigned building projects. • Support maintenance, defect rectification and A&A works as required. • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth site operations. • Lead and supervise workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements. • Ensure all site activities comply with relevant safety regulations, procedures and site rules. • Transport workers between their dormitory and the project site on a daily basis. • Supervise the direct workforce and oversee their day-to-day work activities on site. Requirements • Recognized or related work skill certificates • Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking correspondences. • Must have class 3 driving license to ferry workers.
