Management Executive (HR, Projects, Weekend Support)

Responsibilities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from HR, Talent acquisition, finance, IT delivery teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and budgets. • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions. • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle. • Utilize your strategic understanding of project management combined with your leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams. • Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives by collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations. • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability and timely completion. • May need to work on weekends on and off as required for weekend drives and weekend events etc. • Identify and manage project risks by implementing effective mitigation strategies. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders. • Monitor and control project expenses and resource allocation to maintain adherence to budget and timeline. • Ensure the quality of project deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and aligning them with defined standards. • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, presentations, and documentation as required. • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing. • Continuously assess project processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and best practices. • Stay updated on industry trends and project management methodologies to drive continual improvement.
