Technical Delivery Manager ( Java 8/11/21)

Experience Requirements • Technical Delivery Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements. • Preferred Domain Experience: Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, and large-scale program delivery environments. Core Competencies (Mandatory) • Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications. • Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills..
