HR Associate – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

A leading regional technology organisation is seeking an HR Associate to support its Infrastructure business. The role will focus primarily on end-to-end recruitment, while also providing exposure to employee engagement, HR operations and regional people initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop suitable sourcing strategies for technical and infrastructure-related positions. • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, team activities and learning programmes. • Manage HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee movements, HR queries and exits. • Support HR process improvements, automation initiatives and regional HR projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. • Around 2–3 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with strong exposure to talent acquisition. • Experience recruiting for technology, internet, telecommunications, infrastructure or related technical functions would be advantageous. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational and multitasking capabilities. • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams Regrettably, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
