Office Manager/EA to CEO

Our client is a fast growing AI/GPU software company. They are looking for an Office Manager/EA Key Responsibilities 1.Office Operations: • Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure a productive, organized environment. • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers. • Organize meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and events. 2. Executive Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within technology industry. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. • Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
