Site Manager

• Plan, manage and supervise daily site operations for sewer infrastructure projects. • Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with project specifications. • Lead and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient site operations. • Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and work schedules. • Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports. • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, PUB requirements and company procedures. • Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders. • Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues. • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. • Monitor project progress, productivity and cost, and minimize delays and unnecessary overtime. Requirements • Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sewer infrastructure works or civil engineering projects in Singapore. • Good knowledge of sewer construction methods, site management and construction practices. • Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. • Strong leadership, planning, coordination and communication skills. • Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
