Warehouse Administration| Up to $2,600| Perm/Full Time

📍 Location: 18 Jalan Besut (WEST SIDE) 💰 Salary: up to $2,600 per month 🕒 Working Hours: 5.5-Day Work Week • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound/outbound shipment documentation and WMS updates. • Prepare picking orders and process shipments/receipts. • Coordinate stock checks, transfers, and discrepancy resolution. • Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records. • Track deliveries, orders, and vehicle information. • Manage filing, scanning, and document records. • Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and reverse logistics. • Support daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks. Requirements: • Experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or operational support roles preferred • Familiarity with warehouse operations and WMS systems is an advantage • Knowledge of shipping documentation, permits, or logistics processes is a plus • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
