Join a leading manufacturing company where you'll gain hands-on experience in process improvement, equipment validation, and technical troubleshooting within a dynamic production environment. 💰 Salary & Benefits • Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,800 • 12-hour Day Shift Allowance: +S$12 per shift • 12-hour Night Shift Allowance: +S$24 per shift • Meal & Transport Allowance: S$16 per workday • Structured training and career development • Stable, long-term opportunity • Every Sunday Off 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Support process validation for new equipment and manufacturing processes • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance • Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards • Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records • Work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to achieve production goals ✅ Requirements • Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or semiconductor environments • Experience in a production or factory setting • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts after the training period 🕒 Working Hours Training Period (First 3 Months) • Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM After Training (4 Days Work Week) • Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts: • Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM 📩 Apply Now Submit your resume to 📧 Email: annabelle.koh@crew,sg Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
