Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities • Booking with carriers of ISO tanks and FCL and Prepare PM4 (DG declaration) to shipping carrier for approval of DG status and monitor for DG approval • Allocate ISO tanks for export shipment, arrange trucking, liaise with hauliers and depot on tanks/container movements • Prepare HBL draft, shipping certificate, Certificate of Origin draft for Customer checking and approval and issue original set upon customer confirmation • Prepare MBL draft to be submitted to shipping carrier • Declare of export permit for submission to shipping carrier • Correspondence and send pre-alerts to overseas offices/agents • Check, ensure & input vendor’s invoice in system prior to end month • Weekly monitoring returning of import reposition ISO tanks and send weekly tanks report to customer • Arrange payment and trucking for Import empty ISO tanks from PSA port to Depot for storage Requirements • Relevant work experience will be advantageous • Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills • Customer Service oriented
