Engineer (Production Floor) #WORKNOW

Responsibilities: • Facilitate process buyoff by collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate process changes or improvements before full-scale implementation • Identify areas for improvement and implement or follow up on corrective actions to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes • Maintain documentation of audit findings, system check and process buyoff outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards • Provide support and preparation for external audit such as customer audit, ISO audit, by ensuring relevant documentation, records are readily available and up to date • Perform data analysis based on customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement • To exercise safety and disciplinary control within own section • Checklist to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standard Requirements: • Degree in any Engineering fields. • Candidate without experience is welcome to apply. • Possess a strong analytical skill and using statistical tools/softwares, such as Python, Minitab, JMP, Tableau, or similar for data analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Willing to work in manufacturing / cleanroom / chemical plant environment.
