FX Electronic Integration Analyst

The role will assist the Electronic Client Integrations team to deliver for the clients, bringing back resilience and increasing output for a MNC Bank's team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: • SFTS migration – Assist on the tail end of the project • Deliver client and user maintenance • Approve Domain Attestations • Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones • Maintain Click reports • Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings • Manage the Issues list • Assist on the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS Knowledge/Experience: Essential • Clear understanding of the FX market, trading concepts, including the front to back understanding of trading lifecycle - Execution, Allocation, Clearing & Settlement process • Working experience in onboarding & administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users • Experience in e-Trading Client Services or associated Operations group in a high availability/mission critical environment Desirable • Fluency in Chinese to deliver for Chinese-speaking clients • Experience with FX Middle and/or Back Office Skills and Competencies: • Strong communication skills • Effective written and presentation skills • Understand criticality and concepts of Information Security • Effective under pressure, with little supervision • Learn new business concepts quickly • Efficiently solve problems in time critical scenarios • Pro-activity and sense of ownership when solving client's problems • Ability to promote positive work relationship Must have skills : • Investment Banking / Financial Markets Experience • FX / Foreign Exchange Market Knowledge • Electronic Trading / e-Trading • FIX Protocol / FIX Connectivity • Client Onboarding & Integration • Electronic Trading User Administration • Electronic Client Services • FX Trading Lifecycle Knowledge • Production Support / Issue Management • Client Services & Stakeholder Management The work location is at CBP
