Working Hours / 工作时间 5天制 8am - 6pm Salary & Allowances / 薪资与津贴 Monthly Salary / 月薪 : SGD $3,500 - 4,500 Location / 工作地点: Tuas West , Singapore Eligibility / 申请资格： Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR), LTVP Holder 新加坡公民、永久居民（PR）及家属准证持有 • • 職位概述 / Job Summary ：負責圖面解析、CNC 加工程式編寫與製造工藝優化，確保零件能高品質、高效率被加工出來。Responsible for blueprint analysis, CNC programming, and manufacturing process optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient machining. • 主要職責 / Key Responsibilities ： • 圖面解析與工藝規劃 / Blueprint Analysis & Process Planning ：審查 2D/3D 工程圖面，評估加工可行性，規劃加工製程（Process Flow）、刀具選用與夾治具設計。Review 2D/3D engineering drawings, evaluate manufacturability, determine process flow, select cutting tools, and design fixtures. • CNC 編程 / CNC Programming ：使用 CAD/CAM 軟體（如 Mastercam、PowerMill、UG NX）編寫 CNC 銑床或車床的加工程式（G-code）。Use CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, PowerMill, UG NX) to generate CNC machining programs (G-code). • 首件試作與調機支援 / Trial Machining & Setup Support ：協助現場技術員進行首件試切（First Article Machining），優化切削參數（轉速、進給率），解決震刀或尺寸偏差問題。Support technicians in first article machining, optimize cutting parameters (RPM, feed rate), and resolve chatter or dimensional deviations. • 技術文件編製 / Technical Documentation ：編製加工作業指導書（SOP）、CNC 程式清單及刀具設定表。Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), program sheets, and tool setup sheets. • 基本要求 / Requirements ： • 機械工程相關學歷，熟悉 CNC 加工原理與刀具特性。Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and tooling. • 熟練操作至少一種主流 CAD/CAM 軟體。Proficient in at least one mainstream CAD/CAM software.
