Working Hours / 工作时间 5天制 8am - 6pm Salary & Allowances / 薪资与津贴 Monthly Salary / 月薪 : SGD $2,500 - 3,500 Location / 工作地点: Tuas West, Singapore Eligibility / 申请资格： Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR), LTVP Holder 新加坡公民、永久居民（PR）及家属准证持有人 • 職位概述 / Job Summary ：負責工廠日常行政事務、文書處理及跨部門後勤支援，確保廠務運作順暢。Responsible for daily factory administrative tasks, document management, and cross-departmental logistics support to ensure smooth daily operations. • 主要職責 / Key Responsibilities ： • 文件與數據管理 / Document & Data Management ：負責出貨單、進貨單（DO/Invoice）之開立、核對與系統建檔；維持文件檔案的整齊與歸檔。Handle the issuance, verification, and system entry of delivery orders and invoices; maintain and organize filing systems. • 考勤與薪資支援 / Attendance & Payroll Support ：統計員工出勤紀錄、請假單及加班時數，並定期提交給人事/會計部門。Track employee attendance, leave forms, and overtime hours, and submit records to HR/Accounting periodically. • 廠務與庶務採購 / Factory Admin & Procurement Support ：管理工廠日常消耗品（如切削油、手套、包裝材料、辦公用品），協助日常採購與請購單發送。Manage factory daily consumables (cutting oil, gloves, packaging materials, office supplies) and assist with purchase requisitions. • 行政與接待 / Reception & Communication ：接聽客戶電話、接待訪客，並作為行政與生產現場之間的溝通橋樑。Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and act as a communication bridge between administration and the production floor. • 基本要求 / Requirements ： • 具備基本電腦操作能力（如 Excel、Word、ERP 系統）。Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP system). • 細心、責任心強，具備良好的溝通與協調能力。Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
