Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM; Create and revise 2D/3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines.
- Attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
- Provide input during design development, especially for constructibility; ensuring designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain drawing and document standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project coordinator and project manager for drawing amendments and updates.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum Diploma or Any Relevant Certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
- Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
