Accounts Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities • Process and record supplier invoices into the accounting system for multiple entities, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and properly maintained. • Retrieve and organise invoices and supporting documents for payment processing, accounting records, and audit requirements. • Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules for multiple entities and coordinate the necessary reviews and approvals. • Prepare loan-related documentation and coordinate the required signatures and supporting documents. • Maintain accurate and well-organised accounting and administrative records across the entities supported. • Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Finance team and assist with other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements • Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
