RESIDENT ENGINEER (RE)

Job Description: • To liaise and conduct inspection with the Main Contractors Engineer/Supervisor. • Supervision & Inspection for Piling, ERSS, Deep Excavation & precast work with approved dwg, specification, rule & regulation. • Carry out supervision and fully responsible all structural works carried out according to approved drawings • To monitor the progress on structural inspection on all Structural works according to the approved drawings issued. • To check and monitor the Structural and Architectural works according to the contract drawings, specifications, approved shop drawings and method of statements • To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations. • To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project. Requirements: • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university and registered with IES/ACES as a Resident Engineer • Registered RE with IES • Minimum 5 years experience as Resident Engineer in precast high rise residential building project. • Knowledgeable with local authority’s regulations and requirements (BCA) • Experienced with PPVC is added advantage
