Technician/ Machine Operator (5 days, Entry Level, Fast Hiring)

Industry: Custom Label Printing / Manufacturing Location: Tuas 💰 Salary: $2,100 – $2,500 + $250 Fixed Transport Allowance 💵 Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 with OT 🕒 Working Hours • 5-day work week, Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Morning & afternoon breaks: 10–15 minutes • Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM • Weekday OT: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM when required • Weekend OT may be required from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Candidates who are unable to work OT may inform the Supervisor in advance 🎁 Benefits • 14 days annual leave • Performance bonus / incentive • Medical & dental benefits • Annual salary increment • Company transport provided from Jurong East, Lakeside and Jurong Point • Comprehensive on-the-job training • Air-conditioned working environment 🔧 Job Responsibilities • Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions. • Conduct in-process quality checks and identify printing defects. • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report technical problems when required. • Perform daily and monthly machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations. • Record production issues and update production reports and machine output in the ERP system. • Perform line clearance and complete required production documentation. • Maintain a clean and organised workplace according to 5S standards. • Follow company procedures, quality standards and workplace safety requirements. • Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor. ✅ Job Requirements • Minimum Secondary / ITE qualification. • Candidates with printing, manufacturing, mechanical or technical experience are welcome. • Basic mechanical knowledge and an interest in machine operation will be an advantage. • No printing experience required — full training will be provided . • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow work instructions. • Willing to work OT when required.
