Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Requirements • Manage and maintain Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, storage, firewall, and enterprise infrastructure environments. • Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup, recovery, and performance tuning activities. • Support infrastructure security hardening, access management, and compliance with IT governance standards. • Administer enterprise hardware including Dell servers, Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, and Dell EMC storage. • Support virtualization and container platforms such as VMware, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments. • Prepare infrastructure documentation, SOPs, reports, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
