Responsibilities • Design and deliver lesson plans that address varied learning styles and abilities to optimize student understanding and participation • Evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods and materials to improve learning effectiveness • Prepare and organize educational resources to support lesson objectives and classroom activities • Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment • Communicate clearly and effectively with students to facilitate comprehension and encourage active participation • Build strong interpersonal relationships with students to support their academic and personal development Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma or Degree in the relevant discipline with recognized teaching qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience • Demonstrated strong mastery of subject content • Proficient communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills • Ability to teach students aged 7 to 12 years old
