Job Description We are looking for a responsible and passionate Supervisor to support the daily operations of our luxury leather fashion house. Responsibilities • Supervise and support the sales team. • Provide excellent service to clients. • Assist with sales and achieve sales targets. • Maintain the boutique and product presentation to a high standard. • Manage stock and ensure products are handled carefully. • Train and guide team members. • Assist with daily operations and reporting. • Build good relationships with clients and support VIP customers. • Represent the brand professionally at all times. • Requirements • Experience in luxury retail, fashion, leather goods, or a related industry. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Leadership and teamwork skills. • Well-presented, responsible, and detail-oriented. • Passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
