Video Surveillance & Video Analytics Lead Engineer - EV

Role Summary Lead the design, implementation, integration, testing, commissioning, and Level 3 maintenance of Video Surveillance Systems (VSS) and Video Analytics Systems (VAS). Serve as the technical lead for surveillance projects and provide expert support throughout the system lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Lead system design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of surveillance and video analytics solutions (e.g. Axis, Milestones, Ipsotek, Hikvision, ANPR and etc.) • Manage integration with command & control, security, traffic, and third-party systems. • Oversee deployment and optimization of video analytics, including AI-based detection, ANPR, object classification, and incident monitoring. • Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, maintenance, technology refresh, and system upgrades. • Support tendering, technical proposal development, and customer engagements. • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and operational requirements. • Mentor and guide engineers and technical teams. Requirements • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience in surveillance, security, or ICT systems. • Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS, video analytics, networking, servers, storage, and system integration. • Experience managing large-scale surveillance projects and maintenance operations. • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
