Responsibilities • Assist the sales force daily in handling incoming commercial prospects and advancing policy files. • Coordinate with insurance providers on policy applications, underwriting requirements and case follow-ups. • Verify that entry forms, verification papers, and coverage records are correctly filled out and filed. • Support the sales process by coordinating medical appointments, client documentation, logistics and other pre-issuance requirements. • Draft contract files and manage administrative tasks following submittal, including user demands and refund procedures. • Act as a central link for consultants, consumers, underwriters, and corporate units, answering questions and tracking unresolved issues. • Collaborate closely with internal units to guarantee files transition seamlessly from first filing to final contract delivery. • Keep updated on insurance products, services and relevant banking processes through ongoing training and industry learning. • Spot areas where operational structures can be streamlined and help upgrade standard internal workflows. Requirements • Diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. • 3–4 years of relevant experience in the insurance, wealth management or financial services industry. • Prior experience in new business processing, case management is a must. • Possess exceptional administrative abilities with precision and the capacity to oversee various customer files at once. • Comfortable working with different stakeholders and following up on time-sensitive requirements.
