Environmental Certifications – Development • Develop new SGLS product criteria and eco-certification schemes. • Design and implement training and assessment programs for sustainability. • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of certification programs. Environmental Certifications – Evaluation • Evaluate applications against established criteria. • Analyse SGLS data to identify business opportunities and challenges. • Conduct on-site audits and manage accreditation processes. • Supervise auditors and respond to certification-related complaints and appeals. Advisory Projects • Collaborate with Business Development to assess and implement sustainability projects. • Provide technical inputs and draft client reports. Other Duties • Support major organisational events. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
