IT Executive (customer / ticketing)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the systems, solving real-time technical problems, and ensuring the stability of mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities: • Assist and support service request, issues tracking and documentation  • Assist in customer communication  • Maintain all service documentation and records  • Coordinate internal teams to fulfil customer service requests  • Assist preventive maintenance (routine checks), firmware update and related maintenance activities as per contract frequency  • Update and track internal inventory and update documentation Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Network Engineerinig, or related field  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical support and service operations • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) • Ability to track multiple service requests and issues, ensure timelines are met  • Experience in troubleshooting system or network-related incidents  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 operational environment Interested candidate can click the " Apply " button or kindly email your resume in a detailed Word or PDF format to alvinkoh@rightsearch.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
