SENIOR PILATES INSTRUCTOR - FULL TIME/EXCLUSIVE FREELANCE

Job Highlights • Flexible and accommodative work hours • Good employee welfare including bonuses, commission, sponsorship • Personal growth opportunities through company's projects and partnerships Job Description Primary Responsibilities • Leading private Pilates classes (solo/duet/trio) • Planning and structuring safe, effective and enjoyable Pilates classes for each assigned client. • Providing modifications and progressive workouts or rehab for clients with varying needs and goals • Maintaining positive and encouraging teaching style and thus value adding class experience. • Strong sense of accountability and commitment Secondary Responsibilities • Basic opening and closing of the studio in orderly and timely manner. • Using in-house system to check in clients and reviewing scheduled classes. • General maintenance and care for studio equipment and cleanliness of studio. • Team player, coordinating and cooperating with fellow instructor colleagues and front of house. Requirements: • Fully Certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience • Must be fully trained with at least three years teaching private sessions • Good knowledge of human anatomy and muscle engagement • Additional certification in Pre/Post-Natal, Rehab is preferred • Familiar with all Pilates apparatus • Certified to teach all forms of Pilates (Including cadillac, chair, barrel and reformer) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be added advantage • Fluent in English and a second language will be preferred • Resides in Singapore Job Type : Full-Time/Part-Time/Freelance Salary : Salary commensurates with experience $3,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month or hourly rated Schedule: Flexible hours • able to work weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays • able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week is highly preferred Work Location : Holland Village/ Boat Quay
