• Position: Accounts Executive – Financial Reporting & Operations • Location: Loyang • Working Days: Monday to Friday • Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.30PM • Salary: Basic up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus • Benefits: 14-18 Days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Specialist + Red Packet for Birthdays/Events • Duration: Permanent Why Join? • Our client is an established luxury manufacturing company seeking an Accounts Executive to support financial accounting, reporting and day-to-day finance operations. Responsibilities: • Perform month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records. • Process sales, purchases, AP, AR, inventory, accruals and prepayments. • Reconcile customer and supplier balances. • Prepare banking documentation and maintain accurate accounting entries. • Generate cash flow, invoice, project expense, debtor/creditor and purchase reports. • Support reporting for key customers. • Guide new finance team members and ensure compliance with SOPs. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of relevant Accounts Executive experience. • Good knowledge of reconciliations, accounting entries and month-end closing. • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office. • Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
