Operation Executive

Work Week: 5.5 days Responsibilities • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch • Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts • Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics teams for timely distribution • Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory systems • Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety standards • Assist with manpower planning and task assignment for warehouse staff • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform general duties or assist with other tasks as assigned Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. • At least 2 years of working experience in the logistics/warehouse industry. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
