Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities • Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, tracking work progress, and handling administrative activities. • Document Control: Maintain and organize project documents, drawings, records, reports, and correspondence. • Stakeholder Communication: Follow up on project documentation and submissions with relevant internal and external parties; coordinate with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes, and actively follow up on action items. • Reporting & Procurement: Assist with basic project reports, progress updates, and procurement-related coordination. • General Support: Support the Project Manager with other project-related and administrative duties as required. Key Requirements • Education: Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a related discipline preferred. • Experience: 1–3 years of project coordination or administration experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internship or final-year project exposure are welcome to apply. • Industry Background: Prior exposure to construction, M&E, engineering, semiconductor facilities, cleanrooms, or system integration projects is a distinct advantage. • Technical & Language Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Good written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with various stakeholders. • Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
