Sales Executive - East |Perm | Up to $4500

Join a growing team in the Security & Facilities Management industry and be rewarded for your success! 💰 Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Commission / Incentives 📍 Location: Kaki Bukit (East) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities for Security, Cleaning, and Facilities Management services • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Follow up on enquiries, renewals, and account-related matters • Achieve sales targets and maintain sales records Requirements • Relevant sales experience preferred • Experience in Security, Facilities Management, Cleaning, Property Management, or related industries is advantageous • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and results-driven • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Experience engaging clients within property management, commercial, industrial, or corporate environments will be advantageous.
