Core Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using AutoCAD • To do colour scheme confirmation • To tick off quantity of layouts • Placing order for projects • Prepare handover material/checklist for handover • Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule • Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors • Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing • Attend site and coordination meeting • Ad-hoc administrative tasks Skills, Experience Competencies Required: • Degree in any industry (Construction prefer) • Candidates without any relevant working experience but willing to learn are encouraged to apply • Possess strong problem-solving abilities • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage *Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
