Construction Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities • To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work. • Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. • To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers. • Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings. • To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. • Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship. • Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly. • Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work. • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. • SINGAPOREAN ONLY
