Restaurant Manager – Premium Dining | Up to $5,500

This role is ideal for a hands-on F&B leader who understands both the business and service side of restaurant management . 🔥 What You’ll Be Responsible For Business & Financial Management • Take ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, budget and forecasts . • Drive revenue, covers and overall profitability while maintaining effective cost controls. • Analyse operational performance and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. • Monitor labour costs and optimise manpower scheduling. Restaurant Operations • Oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations , ensuring smooth and efficient service. • Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, service and operational safety. • Drive operational excellence and continuously improve restaurant processes. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and service standards. • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally and tactfully. People & Team Leadership • Lead, coach and develop Supervisors and service staff . • Plan manpower schedules and monitor staff attendance and leave. • Participate actively in recruitment and selection of junior team members. • Conduct staff counselling and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when required. • Build a motivated, service-focused and high-performing restaurant team.
