Quantity Surveyor

Job description: • Responsible in evaluating tenders, costs, manage contracts and advice on contractual matter. Preparation of tender submission and tender documentation / drawing. • Prepare and submit variation and cost claims. • Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions. • Explore and implement innovative solutions and best practices on procurement, contract strategy and related function. • Project budgeting and costing reports. • Correspondence between all consultants / sub-con and suppliers. • Assist Senior Manager in all other QS related job not limited to liaison with sub-contractors / suppliers, measurement of quantities, analyze cost comparison.....etc Job Requirements: • Fresh Graduate are welcome. • Possessed at least diploma / degree certification in related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Projects knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit software will be added advantage.
