Resident Engineer (certified) | Up $6K per month | 5.5 days

We are looking for a Resident Engineer (RE) to join a leading construction team, overseeing key projects from planning to completion. Roles & Responsibilities • Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act & Regulations . • Oversee all aspects of the construction project, maintaining and submitting accurate records. • Provide support and assistance as directed by the Superintending Officer or Professional Engineer . • Assess temporary works by contractors to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. • Ensure contractors’ working procedures align with agreed method statements and Workplace Safety and Health regulations ; recommend modifications as necessary. • Inspect completed work and prepare defects lists when needed. Basic Requirements • Registered Resident Engineer (RE) certificate in Singapore (mandatory). • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant construction experience . • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods . • Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, engineers, and project teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on-site independently.
