The Successful Applicant A successful Software Lead should have: • Has around 5 years of working experience in software development and team management. • Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, C# or Java • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
