HR Executive – Payroll & Total Rewards

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 Location: Joo Koon | 5-Day Work Week Company Transport Provided from/to Joo Koon MRT Our client, an established organisation, is looking for a hands-on HR Executive – Payroll & Total Rewards to join their HR team. This position is ideal for someone with solid payroll experience who enjoys a combination of payroll, compensation & benefits, HR operations and employee support . Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 300 employees , including around 290 employees in Singapore and a small Indonesia payroll population • Serve as backup to another Payroll Executive handling a larger employee population • Process attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, incentives, deductions and leave matters • Manage payroll movements including new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, resignations and final salary • Handle statutory submissions and payroll-related matters including CPF, IR8A and IR21 • Process government-paid leave claims, NS make-up pay and other statutory claims • Perform payroll reconciliation and prepare payroll, manpower and employee cost reports • Maintain accurate employee information in the HRIS / payroll system • Respond to employees' payroll, benefits and HR-related enquiries • Support employee benefits, insurance and wellness programmes • Assist with annual salary review, bonus and incentive exercises • Support compensation benchmarking, HR analytics and Total Rewards initiatives • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee records and general HR operations • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related discipline • Around 2–5 years of relevant HR / payroll experience • Hands-on experience handling end-to-end payroll independently • Good knowledge of Singapore payroll statutory requirements including CPF and IRAS • Experience handling payroll for a sizeable employee population will be advantageous • Experience with Timesoft or other HRIS/payroll systems • Good Microsoft Excel skills • Exposure to Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards will be an advantage • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential payroll information • Good communication and employee-service skills Working Details • Monday to Friday • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Joo Koon • Company transport provided to/from Joo Koon MRT • Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 , depending on experience Interested applicants may apply with an updated resume.
