Highlights: • Office Hours! • 3 Months Bonus (AWS / Performance Bonus / Variable Bonus) • Medical / Dental / Hospitalization Benefits Job Responsibilities: • Conduct laboratory tests (e.g., urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c) and maintain lab instruments. • Verify, report, and investigate test results in a timely and accurate manner. • Carry out daily quality control checks and troubleshoot instruments as necessary. • Maintain accurate documentation for traceability, including QC and maintenance logs. • Address patient queries and escalate issues to the Centre-IC when required. • Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control protocols. • Support the Centre-IC with administrative and operational tasks.
