-NEW- Facilities Manager, APAC (Asset Management)

Job Responsibilities: ·  Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, coordinating closely with building management and service providers. ·  Report office and facilities updates to senior management and support improvements to office operations, processes and standards. ·  Oversee office facilities, space planning, security, maintenance and emergency preparedness to ensure a safe, organized and well-maintained workplace. ·  Coordinate building maintenance and ensure utility and building systems are regularly inspected and compliant with relevant regulations. ·  Manage facilities requirements including electrical infrastructure, power distribution, UPS, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems. ·  Coordinate routine repairs, preventive maintenance, cleaning and other facilities services to maintain office safety and functionality. ·  Work with building owners, contractors and senior management on facilities budgets, maintenance requirements and improvement projects. ·  Monitor and manage office supplies, furniture, appliances, electronics and pantry/tea point provisions, ensuring adequate stock and proper upkeep. ·  Ensure the efficiency, reliability and proper functioning of all office and building systems. · Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned Job Requirements · Minimum Degree in a related discipline · Minimum 7 year of relevant facilities experience · Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will benotified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitmentpurposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
