Sales Director

Job Description • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and achieve business targets. • Lead and supervise the sales team, setting objectives and reviewing performance. • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners. • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitors. • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports. • Work with other departments to improve products, services and customer experience. Requirements • 5 years of sales or business development experience, including team leadership. • Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow client relationships. • Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills. • Able to develop sales plans and analyse performance data. • Relevant qualifications in business, sales or a related field are preferred.
