Sales Manager

Job Description • Plan and carry out sales activities to meet the company’s targets. • Supervise and support the sales team, including setting targets and reviewing performance. • Build relationships with new and existing customers. • Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads and enquiries. • Monitor market trends and competitors. • Prepare sales forecasts and reports, and recommend ways to improve results. Requirements • 3 years of experience in sales or business development. • Experience leading or supervising a sales team. • Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills. • Able to meet sales targets and prepare performance reports. • Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
