User Growth (Digital Marketing)

Manus is a general-purpose AI agent that bridges mind and action, handling complex tasks from start to finish. It enables people to delegate entire workflows across deep research, data analysis, and software development, turning advanced AI into reliable, practical results. This role turns that organic momentum into a repeatable, measurable growth engine. You will sit in the Marketing team and own the user growth number end to end. Responsibilities • Own the growth number : Define and own the top-line user growth targets for your markets across the full funnel — acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. Build the forecast, defend the plan, and report on it with a clear view of what moved and why. • Build and scale the channel portfolio : Run a diversified mix across organic social, content and SEO, creator and KOL partnerships, community, lifecycle email, referral, and paid acquisition. Continuously reallocate effort and budget toward the channels with the best CAC-to-retention profile rather than the best surface metrics. • Drive retention and reactivation : Build lifecycle programs — onboarding sequences, habit-forming triggers, win-back and reactivation campaigns — that raise repeat usage rather than one-off signups. • Grow the community and referral loop : Nurture the user community, power-user and advocate programs, and selective offline events; convert community energy into a structural, compounding referral loop. • Build the measurement layer : Stand up and maintain growth dashboards, funnel and cohort reporting, and attribution that the whole team trusts. Make the numbers legible to leadership and actionable for the team. Qualifications • 3+ years of full experience in growth, digital marketing, brand, or campaign roles, ideally spanning both B2C and B2B audiences • Proven, quantifiable results you owned end to end — membership or user growth, revenue uplift, or audience expansion • Hands-on with tools such as Google Analytics and native platform analytics to produce and analyze reports • Strong content creation in writing, video and editing, and strong instincts on social media platforms such as X, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube • Track record of aligning marketing with business goals alongside product, operations, and agency partners
