Accounts Officer (West Region / 5 Days) - LL

Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for managing partial sets of accounts, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and assisting with critical monthly reporting and compliance tasks. Key Responsibilities • Accounts Management: Handle partial sets of accounts, specifically focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Transaction Processing: Accurately process incoming invoices, payments, and receipts. • Financial Records: Prepare and maintain comprehensive accounting records using Microsoft Excel. • Month-End Support: Assist the finance team with the month-end closing processes and the preparation of financial reports. • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit GST returns accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with local regulations. • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and ensure the systematic filing of all accounting and financial records. • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and clients regarding accounting-related matters. • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support for additional administrative or finance-related duties as assigned by management.
