Warehouse Admin Executive (West Region / 5 Days) - LL

Role Overview This is a hybrid role that requires a hands-on approach, split between physical warehouse duties (approx. 40%) and operational coordination and administration (approx. 60%). The ideal candidate brings strong experience in shipment handling and warehouse coordination, preferably within an e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities • Warehouse Operations (40%): Perform hands-on physical duties including picking, packing, sorting, and systematic stock arrangement. • Order Coordination (60%): Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, packed according to specific requirements, and dispatched on time. • Shipment Management: Arrange outbound shipments and coordinate closely with logistics providers and transport partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. • Documentation: Prepare, process, and maintain essential shipping documents, including delivery orders and invoices. • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external transport partners to guarantee smooth order fulfillment. • Inventory Control: Monitor existing stock levels, assist with routine inventory checks, and process replenishment requests. • Quality Assurance: Ensure all outgoing packages feature proper labeling, secure packing, and correct documentation to minimize operational errors. • Ad-Hoc Duties: Support general warehouse administration and other related tasks as assigned by management.
